Halloween Fitness Classes at Crabtree Gym

HAPPY HALLOWEEN
On October 31, Crabtree Memorial Gym in Myrtle Beach will host a series of special fitness classes featuring Halloween-themed activities. Participants are encouraged to come dressed in costumes to receive a free fitness punch.
The schedule for the day includes:
- **Glow Cycle**: An indoor cycling class enhanced with glow sticks and blacklights, taking place at 7:00 a.m.
- **Sunrise Yoga**: A yoga session encouraging participants to wear white, neon, or glow-in-the-dark apparel, scheduled for 8:00 a.m.
- **Rock and Row**: A stationary rowing class where participants can also wear their Halloween costumes, set for 10:30 a.m.
