The Horry County Board of Education has announced the appointment of Dr. Michael Raymond as the new principal of Pine Island Elementary School, set to open in the 2025-2026 school year. Dr. Raymond is currently serving as the principal at Switlik Elementary School in Jackson, New Jersey. He will start his new role in January 2025.
