**Wicked by Gregory Maguire: Now Available at Chapin Memorial Library**

The Chapin Memorial Library in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, has announced the availability of *Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West* by Gregory Maguire. The bestselling novel, which is Volume One in *The Wicked Years* series, has sold over 4 million copies in print. It is also a New York Times bestseller.

The book, often described as an "amazing novel" (Alice Updale, *The New York Times*), offers a unique reimagining of the classic story of the Wicked Witch of the West, delving into her life and perspective. Gregory Maguire is also the author of subsequent volumes in the series, including *Son of a Witch* and *A Lion Among Men*.
