Ashley Romero-DePalma Named Field Operations Supervisor
Ashley Romero-DePalma has been promoted to Field Operations Supervisor with Mecklenburg EMS in Charlotte, NC. Romero-DePalma has 11 years of EMS experience, including six years with Medic. She began her career in Myrtle Beach, gaining experience in 911 response, critical care, and disaster response teams.
Romero-DePalma was previously promoted to Assistant Operations Supervisor in 2021. She holds an AAS from Horry Georgetown Technical College and is a member of the agency's Peer Support Team.
Outside of work, Romero-DePalma writes, attends concerts, works on home improvement projects, and visits family at the beach. She resides in Charlotte with her dog, Monte.
